ARPA Autismo Rioja is a non-profit association, founded by parents of people with ASD in 1985, which contributes through support, services, and opportunities to promote and improve the quality of life of people with ASD and their environment.
At the time of data collection, the voluntary or mandatory nature of the data requested will be indicated. Refusal to provide data classified as mandatory will result in the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which it was requested. Likewise, data may be provided voluntarily in order to optimize the services and/or products offered.
The data provided by the user must be accurate and truthfully reflect the current situation of the interested party. The user who enters the data is solely and ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on our website.
In the event that some services are aimed at minors under 14 years of age and/or persons with disabilities, ARPA AUTISMO RIOJA will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data of such individuals.

How long do we keep your personal data?

How long do we keep your personal data?
The data you provide will be kept for as long as the relationship as a collaborating member or volunteer of our association is maintained, without prejudice to your right to request the deletion of your personal data, which will result in the data being blocked for as long as our legal obligations persist. Job applicant data will be kept for one year. Donor data will be kept for ten years in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation. ARPA Autismo Rioja may retain your data after the end of any relationship with the user in order to comply with its legal obligations. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required to do so by law or with your prior authorisation. No automated decision-making or profiling is envisaged. No transfers of data to third countries are planned.
Who are our data processors?
In order to provide you with an adequate service and manage the contractual relationship, we have engaged the following categories of data processors who will process your data on behalf of ARPA Autismo Rioja: tax and labour advisory services, audit and consultancy services, physical security services, legal services, IT consultancy services, hosting services and other support activities. Services are provided in Spain and, in some cases, the European Union.
What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain information on whether ARPA AUTISMO RIOJA is processing your personal data (right of access), to request the rectification of inaccurate data (right of rectification) or its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the performance of the contract (right of erasure), to restrict its processing under certain circumstances (right to restriction of processing), to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be sent to another data controller of your choice (right to data portability), and to withdraw at any time the consent given to receive information of interest by any means (right to object). You may exercise your rights by writing to the postal or email address of the Data Controller, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of GDPR 2016/679. To exercise your rights, please include a copy of your ID or equivalent identity document with your request. Technical security measures
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the National Security Framework (ENS), ARPA Autismo Rioja applies the following technical and organisational measures to protect personal data processed through this website:
- HTTPS encryption (active SSL certificate).
- Regular backups of stored data.
- Restricted access to the administration panel.
- Regular updates of software, plugins and content management system.
Despite these measures, no internet data transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
