data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le mus\u00e9e de La Rioja ne se contente pas de conserver des pi\u00e8ces : <br><strong>est<\/strong> lui-m\u00eame une pi\u00e8ce. Il est install\u00e9 dans le \u00a0\u00bb <strong>Palacio de Espartero<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, un b\u00e2timent construit au milieu du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle (1752) par Pedro Ruiz de la Porta et qui est ensuite pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la famille Mart\u00ednez de Sicilia ; il est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Espartero parce que le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral y a v\u00e9cu apr\u00e8s s&rsquo;\u00eatre retir\u00e9 de la vie politique. Depuis 1971, il abrite le mus\u00e9e, ce qui signifie que le palais a remplac\u00e9 la vie priv\u00e9e par la vie publique.  <\/p><p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, le palais a cet air noble mais sobre du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle : proportions, \u00e9quilibre, une fa\u00e7ade qui n&rsquo;a pas besoin de crier. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, l&rsquo;escalier et la disposition parlent d&rsquo;une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l&rsquo;architecture \u00e9tait aussi une \u00e9tiquette : on entrait, on montait, on montrait. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00e0 la place des visites d&rsquo;admirateurs, on trouve des salles d&rsquo;arch\u00e9ologie, d&rsquo;art et d&rsquo;ethnographie, depuis les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9di\u00e9vales jusqu&rsquo;aux peintures et sculptures plus tardives.  <\/p><p>Un coup de pinceau pour en profiter : entrez comme quelqu&rsquo;un qui entre dans la maison d&rsquo;un autre avec sa permission. Car c&rsquo;est bien de cela qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit : une grande maison transform\u00e9e en m\u00e9moire partag\u00e9e. Et cette transformation a son charme : l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y avait la vie domestique, il y a maintenant des vitrines ; l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on parlait tranquillement de politique, on parle maintenant \u00e0 voix basse&#8230; pour ne pas d\u00e9ranger l&rsquo;art.  <\/p><p>Fait amusant : les mus\u00e9es ont toujours l&rsquo;air s\u00e9rieux, mais ce b\u00e2timent a eu une \u00ab\u00a0vie de roman\u00a0\u00bb. Et cela se voit : lorsqu&rsquo;un palais apprend \u00e0 \u00eatre un mus\u00e9e, il devient un peu plus d\u00e9mocratique&#8230; et beaucoup plus int\u00e9ressant.
