Sa construction principale a commenc\u00e9 au d\u00e9but du <strong>XVIe si\u00e8cle<\/strong>, selon un mod\u00e8le tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu dans le nord : <strong>trois nefs<\/strong>, des chapelles lat\u00e9rales et une structure con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre solide et lumineuse \u00e0 la fois. Et puis il y a elles : les <strong>tours jumelles<\/strong> qui sont devenues un embl\u00e8me urbain. L&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles (celle du sud, appel\u00e9e <strong>San Pablo<\/strong>) mesure environ <strong>58 m\u00e8tres de<\/strong> haut et fait partie de ce profil que l&rsquo;on aper\u00e7oit depuis l&rsquo;\u00c8bre et qui vous dit : \u00ab\u00a0vous \u00eates arriv\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.   <\/p><p>Le mot \u00ab\u00a0co-cath\u00e9drale\u00a0\u00bb est amusant : ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00ab\u00a0moins\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;une cath\u00e9drale, c&rsquo;est un titre partag\u00e9, un rang partag\u00e9, une histoire partag\u00e9e. Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, il y a beaucoup \u00e0 regarder sans avoir besoin de conna\u00eetre l&rsquo;art : vo\u00fbtes, colonnes, retables, grilles&#8230; ce m\u00e9lange de solennit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9tails qui vous fait rester dix minutes m\u00eame si vous n&rsquo;entrez que pour vous reposer une minute. <\/p><p>Coup de pinceau architectural \u00e0 jouer : levez les yeux et cherchez la \u00ab\u00a0palmeraie\u00a0\u00bb de pierre cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les colonnes et les vo\u00fbtes. C&rsquo;est un effet visuel surprenant car il est d\u00e9licat sans \u00eatre fragile. <\/p><p>Et une note sur le pr\u00e9sent : le b\u00e2timent est toujours vivant et est entretenu ; un nouvel \u00e9clairage monumental a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9 pour mettre en valeur ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments architecturaux la nuit. La Redonda n&rsquo;est donc pas seulement une histoire : c&rsquo;est une histoire avec un interrupteur, pr\u00eate \u00e0 briller. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
