Sein Sitz befindet sich in einem Teil des ehemaligen <strong>Klosters La Merced<\/strong>, dessen Wurzeln im 16. Jahrhundert liegen und das sp\u00e4ter stark umgebaut wurde (u.a. mit einer <strong>barocken Fassade aus dem Jahr 1685<\/strong>). Nach der Entmachtung im 19. Jahrhundert wechselte das Geb\u00e4ude seine Gestalt: Kaserne, Krankenhaus, Lagerh\u00e4user, Gef\u00e4ngnis&#8230; und 1889 sogar eine Tabakfabrik, bevor es schlie\u00dflich zum Parlament wurde (als solches wurde es 1988 eingeweiht).  <\/p><p>In architektonischer Hinsicht ist es ein perfektes Beispiel f\u00fcr ein &#8222;anpassungsf\u00e4higes&#8220; Geb\u00e4ude: ein kl\u00f6sterliches Bauwerk, das f\u00fcr das Gemeinschaftsleben konzipiert wurde und das f\u00fcr ganz unterschiedliche Zwecke umgestaltet wurde. Die gro\u00dfe zeitgen\u00f6ssische Geste bestand darin, den alten Kreuzgang zu \u00fcberdachen und ihn in einen Halbkreis zu verwandeln: wo fr\u00fcher Stille herrschte, wird jetzt diskutiert und ein Mikrofon benutzt. <\/p><p>Ein Pinselstrich zum Anschauen: Beachten Sie die Koexistenz der Stile. Auf demselben Rundgang k\u00f6nnen Sie das kl\u00f6sterliche Echo (H\u00f6fe, Rhythmen, Proportionen) und gleichzeitig die institutionelle Feierlichkeit sp\u00fcren. Es ist, als ob die Architektur zu Ihnen sagen w\u00fcrde: &#8222;Ich bin vieles gewesen, aber ich habe immer der Stadt gedient&#8220;.  <\/p><p>Und eine witzige Bemerkung: Wenn die Mauern w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnten, w\u00fcrden sie wahrscheinlich um Ruhe bitten&#8230; obwohl sie bei so viel Geschichte hinter sich sicherlich auch eine Meinung h\u00e4tten. Hier besichtigen Sie nicht nur ein Geb\u00e4ude, sondern auch eine Zusammenfassung dessen, wie sich Gesellschaften ver\u00e4ndern: was gestern noch Glaube war, ist heute Politik; was gestern noch
