Er wurde als Herrenhaus geboren (seine Urspr\u00fcnge reichen bis in die Neuzeit zur\u00fcck) und war <strong>115 Jahre lang, von 1865 bis 1980<\/strong>, das <strong>Rathaus der Stadt<\/strong>. Wenn die W\u00e4nde also sprechen k\u00f6nnten&#8230; w\u00fcrden sie wahrscheinlich darum bitten, dass man sie zu Wort kommen l\u00e4sst. Heute ist es der Hauptsitz des Instituto de Estudios Riojanos, mit anderen Worten: es dient immer noch der Speicherung und Produktion von Wissen, nur ohne die Fensterstempel.  <\/p><p>Und die &#8222;T\u00fcrme&#8220;? Sehen Sie sich die Spitze an: die Zinnen, die D\u00e4cher, die Details, die das Geb\u00e4ude mit einem Hauch zwischen Eleganz und Zweckm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit kr\u00f6nen. Zivile Architektur dieser Art strebt nach Ausgewogenheit: Sie soll Macht repr\u00e4sentieren (weil hier jemand das Sagen hatte) und gleichzeitig funktionieren (weil hier gearbeitet wurde). Deshalb verbindet der Palast st\u00e4dtische Pr\u00e4senz mit Proportionen: Er ist keine Festung, aber er bleibt auch nicht unbemerkt.   <\/p><p>Eine T\u00e4uschung des Auges: Schauen Sie sich an, wie es mit der Stra\u00dfe Portales in Dialog tritt. In Logro\u00f1o ist die Portales-Stra\u00dfe eine Flaniermeile, ein Schaufenster und ein Zufluchtsort. Und dieses Geb\u00e4ude, das sich an einem zentralen Punkt befindet, fungiert als Scharnier zwischen dem Monumentalen und dem Allt\u00e4glichen. <\/p><p>Und ein Augenzwinkern: Wenn Sie die Geschichte der Stadt verfolgt haben, denken Sie daran, dass hier Entscheidungen getroffen wurden, die sich auf Laternenpf\u00e4hle, M\u00e4rkte, Feste&#8230; und das wirkliche Leben ausgewirkt haben. Manchmal spielt sich gro\u00dfe Geschichte nicht in Schlachten ab: Sie spielt sich in Geb\u00e4uden ab, bei denen jemand gesagt hat &#8222;mit Mehrheit beschlossen&#8220;.
