Jahrhundert<\/strong> im Herzen der R\u00faa Vieja, ein lebendiges Beispiel f\u00fcr jene Kellerh\u00e4user, die Wohnen, Gesch\u00e4ft und einen k\u00fchlen Keller f\u00fcr den Wein kombinierten. Das Spektakul\u00e4rste ist &#8222;unten&#8220;: ein <strong>gro\u00dfer<\/strong> <strong>Gew\u00f6lbekeller<\/strong> <strong>aus Quadermauerwerk<\/strong> mit einem <strong>Tonnengew\u00f6lbe<\/strong>, ohne Querb\u00f6gen, gebaut, um zu \u00fcberdauern und zu konservieren. Wenn Sie ihn betreten (oder sich vorstellen), verstehen Sie, warum sich Wein und Stein so gut vertragen: der Stein h\u00e4lt die Temperatur, der Wein h\u00e4lt die Unterhaltung in Gang.  <\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat dieser Ort einen sehr logro\u00f1\u00e9s historischen Bezug: er ist mit Jacinta Mart\u00ednez de Sicilia (der Frau von Espartero) verbunden, da sich in dieser Stra\u00dfe ein Anwesen mit einem Weinkeller befindet. Mit anderen Worten, hier hat nicht nur der Wein geschlafen, sondern auch wichtige Namen. <\/p><p>Architektur zum Anschauen: Das steinerne Tonnengew\u00f6lbe ist eine ebenso alte wie effektive L\u00f6sung, fast schon &#8222;mittelalterliche Technik&#8220;, die im Alltag angewandt wird. Das Ziel war nicht Luxus, sondern <strong>Funktion<\/strong>: das Dach musste halten, die Luft musste zirkulieren, die F\u00e4sser mussten sich wohlf\u00fchlen. Und dann, im Obergeschoss, versetzt Sie die Fassade zur\u00fcck in die Altstadt: enge Gassen, der Rhythmus der T\u00fcren, das Gef\u00fchl, durch die Geschichte zu gehen.  <\/p><p>Lustiger Plan: Wenn Sie mit Kindern kommen, sagen Sie ihnen, dass es sich um einen &#8222;Riesenk\u00fchlschrank&#8220; von vor Jahrhunderten handelt. Und wenn Sie mit Erwachsenen kommen&#8230; nun, das funktioniert auch. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-169efd7 elementor-widget
