Es befindet sich in der R\u00faa Vieja (18-20) und bewahrt die \u00dcberreste von Pressen und Tanks: ein Zeugnis der Weinkultur, eingebettet in die st\u00e4dtische Umgebung, als w\u00e4re der Untergrund eine kollektive Speisekammer. <\/p><p>Das Sch\u00f6ne hier ist, dass sich Arch\u00e4ologie nicht wie ein &#8222;Museum&#8220; anf\u00fchlt, sondern wie &#8222;Leben&#8220;: Die Weinpressen erz\u00e4hlen von Nachbarn, von Ernten, von Vereinbarungen, von Arbeit. Und vor allem von der Haustechnik: wie man presst, wie man umf\u00fcllt, wie man lagert. Er glaubt, dass dies vor Edelstahl und Laboratorien die Spitzentechnologie der Nachbarschaft war.  <\/p><p>Architektur zum Festhalten: die Logik der Produktionsr\u00e4ume. Es gibt keine \u00fcberfl\u00fcssigen Ornamente; es gibt Stein, wo er gebraucht wird, Vertiefungen, wo Fl\u00fcssigkeiten bewegt werden m\u00fcssen, und die Idee eines &#8222;Kreislaufs&#8220;, den wir heute als Prozess bezeichnen w\u00fcrden. Das ist Industriegeschichte&#8230; im Kleinen.  <\/p><p>Au\u00dferdem ist es Teil eines sehr gut durchdachten Ensembles, um die Altstadt zu verstehen: Weinpressen, Weinkeller und der Camino sind miteinander verwoben, denn der Pilger bringt den Durchgang und die Stadt bietet Wein, Ruhe und Handel.<\/p><p>Ein lustiger Plan f\u00fcr alle Altersgruppen: Spielen Sie damit, sich das Ger\u00e4usch vorzustellen. Hier werden Sie nichts h\u00f6ren&#8230; aber davor gab es Pl\u00e4tschern, Holz, Stimmen, Gel\u00e4chter und gelegentlich ein &#8222;Vorsicht, es kleckert! So l\u00e4sst sich Logro\u00f1o schlie\u00dflich auch erkl\u00e4ren: mit Geschichte, die g\u00e4rt.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-169efd7
